How this works:
For simplicity, your personal session is paid for upfront. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. At the same time, a separate email will to be sent to Zenith, informing her that your session has been paid for.
Zenith will contact you by email or phone using the information you provided to schedule the Zoom call for a time suitable to both of you. While her own schedule is sometimes unpredictable, she will do her best to respond within 48 hours to arrange your session and to conduct it within two weeks of the purchase date.
If circumstances prevent this from happening and the timing for the Zoom is too far away, you will have the option to request a full refund for the payment and cancel the order.
All sessions are one hour duration. Additional time beyond the one hour will require a separate one hour booking on zenithvirago.com.
