Waiver of Liability & Disclosure

By agreeing to purchase any individual or combination of training modules or documents from zenithvirago.com, I agree to the following:

• All training videos and associated materials will be available to me online for sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. I am fully responsible for viewing these videos and materials in this timeframe. If I am unable to view the videos and materials in this timeframe, I will not be reimbursed in any way.
• I acknowledge and accept that the Goods and Services I purchase on zenithvirago.com are not eligible for any official qualifications. The Certificate of Completion I receive after completing these trainings is an unofficial document only. While I can refer to myself as a Deathwalker, Death Celebrant, or Funeral Celebrant after completing these trainings, I am not able to describe myself as a Qualified or Certified Deathwalker, Death Celebrant, or Funeral Celebrant.

• I understand I am wholly responsible for my health and safety, and hereby absolve Zenith Virago from any liability whatsoever resulting from my participation. I will not hold Zenith Virago responsible or liable in the event of any accident, illness (mental or physical), physical injury or emotional distress resulting from my participation in these trainings or ongoing practice.
• The Death & After-Death Care Plan is not a legal document, and as such is not legally binding and has no legal authority other than it being an expression of my wishes.
• I am aware that I should discuss my choices with the people who will be making decisions for me, either in my dying or the event of my death.
• I will not copy, share, distribute, sell or repurpose any of the Goods and Services purchased or available on zenithvirago.com.
• I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions specified on zenithvirago.com.
