Waiver of Liability & Disclosure

By agreeing to purchase this personal session with Zenith Virago on zenithvirago.com, I agree to the following:

I understand I am wholly responsible for my health and safety, and hereby absolve Zenith Virago from any liability whatsoever resulting from my participation. I will not hold Zenith Virago responsible or liable in the event of any accident, illness (mental or physical), physical injury or emotional distress resulting from my participation in sessions or ongoing practice.
My session will commence for up to one (1) hour. If I wish to have additional time with Zenith Virago beyond this, I will be required to book a separate one (1) hour session on zenithvirago.com.
Scheduling my session will be arranged after my payment is received and must be coordinated with Zenith Virago directly. Zenith will make a best effort attempt to arrange scheduling within 48 hours of my purchase.
Zenith Virago will make a best effort attempt to conduct my session within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase. Should this not be possible and I do not wish to make arrangements for a later date, I have the option to cancel my order and receive a full refund.
While Zenith Virago will make a best effort attempt to address your questions and conduct the session in a professional manner, she cannot guarantee all questions and needs will be addressed.

How this works:

For simplicity, your personal session is paid for upfront. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. At the same time, a separate email will to be sent to Zenith, informing her that your session has been paid for.

Zenith will contact you by email or phone using the information you provided to schedule the Zoom call for a time suitable to both of you. While her own schedule is sometimes unpredictable, she will do her best to respond within 48 hours to arrange your session and to conduct it within two weeks of the purchase date.

If circumstances prevent this from happening and the timing for the Zoom is too far away, you will have the option to request a full refund for the payment and cancel the order.

All sessions are one hour duration. Additional time beyond the one hour will require a separate one hour booking on zenithvirago.com.
